I’m a fractional COO and execution strategist who helps small nonprofits and mission-driven businesses get unstuck and build momentum. My work focuses on turning strategy into action, developing operational discipline, and creating the leadership capacity needed to thrive.

I’ve done A LOT with nonprofits. Multiple board treasurers (DREAMS, NCCLT, PTAs). Board President (NCCLT). And helped launch the first-ever nonprofit insurance company, Terrafirma, for the Land Trust Alliance (ask me about captive insurance).​
I’ve served in executive roles in both nonprofit and private sector environments, including stints as COO, CFO, and VP of Sales & Finance. And I’ve led dozens of high-impact initiatives across operations, communications, IT, finance, customer experience, and board governance.

At a regional nonprofit, I replaced a patchwork of meetings, to-do lists, and executive bottlenecks with a simple rhythm of planning, weekly check-ins, and clear ownership. This allowed the ED to stop chasing details and start leading strategically. Within three months, the leadership team had reduced their daily reactivity and continued to improve their ability to follow through on high-priority work.

In a multi-location company facing major cultural disconnection and distrust, I led a series of 1:1s with regional managers to unblock communication and clarify authority. I introduced a milestone-based roadmap, coached the leadership team on how to see 'around corners,' and helped reestablish decision-making norms. Within a single quarter, the team went from infighting to shared accountability, with documented priorities and a calendar rhythm that stuck.

During a leadership transition at a multistate organization facing serious internal risk, I provided support to stabilize daily operations, clarify roles across the org, and protect the Executive Director from burnout. I coordinated with legal, financial, and strategic advisors and helped align the work with the expectations of a $50,000 capacity-building grant. The result was a clear path forward—one that could be communicated to stakeholders and sustained by the team.
