I’m Kevin Hicks, a fractional COO and execution partner who helps nonprofits and mission-driven businesses get unstuck and build momentum. My work focuses on turning strategy into action, developing operational discipline, and creating the leadership capacity needed to thrive.
I’ve done A LOT with nonprofits. Multiple board treasurers (DREAMS, NCCLT, PTAs). Board President (NCCLT). And helped launch the first-ever nonprofit insurance company, Terrafirma, for the Land Trust Alliance (ask me about captive insurance).
I’ve served in executive roles in both nonprofit and private sector environments, including stints as COO, CFO, and VP of Sales & Finance. And I’ve led dozens of high-impact initiatives across operations, communications, IT, finance, customer experience, and board governance.
