Here's how to get GA4 set up on your site. It's a 3-step process: **Step 1: Create a GA4 property** 1. Go to [analytics.google.com](https://analytics.google.com) and sign in with the same Google account you just connected 2. Click **Admin** (gear icon, bottom left) 3. Under the Account column, make sure "Ausus" is selected 4. Under the Property column, click **Create Property** 5. Name it "Ausus Partners Website", set timezone to Eastern, currency to USD 6. Click through the business details (Professional Services, Small business, 1-10 employees) 7. Choose your business objective — "Generate leads" fits your model **Step 2: Set up a data stream** 1. On the next screen, choose **Web** 2. Enter your URL: `www.aususpartners.net` 3. Name it "Ausus Partners" and click **Create stream** 4. Copy the **Measurement ID** that appears — it starts with `G-` — you'll need it next **Step 3: Add the tracking code to your Wix site** 1. In Wix, go to **Settings → Custom Code** 2. Click **+ Add Custom Code** 3. Paste this (replacing `G-XXXXXXXXXX` with your actual Measurement ID): ``` ``` 4. Set it to load on **All pages**, in the **Head** section 5. Click **Apply** Once that's live, data starts flowing within 24–48 hours. Come back then and I'll pull the full traffic picture — where people come from, which pages hold them, and where they leave before hitting your contact form. Let me know when you've got your Measurement ID and I can double-check the setup.

I’ve done A LOT with nonprofits. Multiple board treasurers (DREAMS, NCCLT, PTAs). Board President (NCCLT). And helped launch the first-ever nonprofit insurance company, Terrafirma, for the Land Trust Alliance (ask me about captive insurance).​

I’ve served in executive roles in both nonprofit and private sector environments, including stints as COO, CFO, and VP of Sales & Finance. And I’ve led dozens of high-impact initiatives across operations, communications, IT, finance, customer experience, and board governance.​​
